Exercising gives you energy and fortunately you can also find that energy in Benidorm. We have listed a number of gyms in Benidorm, so that you know where you can burn the necessary calories after a few too many tapas or cocktails.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Fitness Dreams<\/h3>\n\n

Fitness Dreams in Benidorm is a trendy gym with that blue light. The gym is not super big, but they have all the equipment you need to have a good workout session. If you are on holiday in Benidorm you can also exercise here: a day pass costs you 7 euros and a week pass 18 euros.<\/p>\n\n

Urban Gym Benidorm<\/h3>\n\n

Urban Gym is not very big either, but on the other hand you do get good individual attention and that is of course also nice. Unfortunately you can’t go there for group lessons, but here too they have enough equipment available for a full body workout. You can also go during your holiday.<\/p>\n\n

Brooklyn Fitboxing<\/h3>\n\n

If boxing is more your thing, it is best to visit Brooklyn Bitboxing. A lesson lasts 47 minutes and consists of warming up, boxing against the punching bag in combination with normal exercises and of course cooling down. The gym is about a 10-minute drive from the old center of Benidorm and it is possible to purchase individual lessons.<\/p>\n\n

Altafit Benidorm<\/h3>\n\n

Altafit is located just on the edge of the old center of Benidorm and you can exercise there yourself, but they also offer various group lessons. You can go there for yoga, a dance workout, boxing, Zumba, cycling and much more. Altafit has branches throughout Spain and is therefore a larger organization.<\/p>\n\n

Power Gym<\/h3>\n\n

At Power Gym you can exercise on your own, but you can also take various lessons: from yoga lessons to boxing. The rates for men and women differ.
