Markets to visit in Benidorm

Isn’t there anything more fun than strolling through the market and peeking at what’s for sale? Benidorm has three different markets. We list them.

Markt van Foietes

Every Wednesday morning from about 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. you can go to the market in Benidorm next to the Foietes sports hall. This market is not very big, but it is fun to visit if you are in the area. This market is more of a food market and you are therefore more likely to come here to buy your weekly groceries. That said, they also sell clothes, toys and all kinds of other gadgets here.

El Pueblo

Every Wednesday and Sunday morning, from approximately 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., you can go to the large market in Benidorm. Expect mainly clothing, bags, shoes, toys and souvenirs here. In the summer it is extremely busy, but it remains a pleasant market. On El Pueblo you will also find several stalls where you can buy local delicacies, such as Nougat and you can also buy food at various stalls: from churros to fries and from grilled chicken to burgers.

Markt El Cisne

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, from 8 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m., you can go to a nice antique market in Benidorm. The market consists of two parts: the first part is a kind of shop with all kinds of nice antique items and the second part is the market outside. There you will find the “normal” items you find at a market and lots of trinkets. They also regularly have live music at this market to complete the atmosphere.
