If you have had enough of Spanish tapas, you can always go to a pizzeria in Altea. We list five of our favorites.
Pizzeria Claudio
At pizzeria Claudio you can enjoy homemade pasta and thin and crispy pizzas. In addition, all pizzas can also be ordered gluten-free! Handy and nice. Make sure you reserve a spot in advance on weekends, as it can be quite busy.
Santangelo’s pizzeria
Santangelo’s pizzeria has cozy red-and-white tables both inside and out (completely Italian), which, combined with the ocean view, is reason enough to stop by. The menu offers a nice selection of pizzas, which they also offer delivery.
MORSI – Pizza & Co.
The menu at MORSI – Pizza & Co features familiar classics, as well as some original creations. Lactose intolerant? This is your place: plenty of options. Vegans are also in the right place.
Pizzería Punto de encuentro
Honestly. It might not be the most charming place outside of Altea, but this list is about pizza, and Pizzería Punto de Encuentro is absolutely delicious. Plus, the prices are really affordable, and it’s even cheaper if you order takeout.
La Bottega dei Sapori Altea
You should take a peek sometime. The atmosphere feels homely and there is a display case in the store where you can see some tasty things. You can choose from a lot of different pizzas and don’t forget to finish with a home-made dessert. Delicious!
